Every piece of our jewellery is thoroughly examined
before it is sent to its loving new home, so we trust that you will be happy with the quality of our beautiful treasures.
However, in the off-chance that you discover something unsatisfactory with your item,
we will accept returns within 14 days (from the date it was received) and either replace the item for you,
or give you store credit for something new.
PLEASE NOTE:
No returns can be made on custom-made items or special orders
The total price of the item does not include delivery costs
Sales items are final sale and cannot be returned
Products can only be returned if they are unworn, undamaged and properly protected
Return shipping will be at your own cost
– we recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for anything lost in the post.
You may return an item in person to the Jewel Africa showroom in Green Point.
