We may modify the terms and conditions from time to time. Please read the terms and conditions and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the terms and conditions, then you must immediately stop using the website. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order however, unless we are required to make the change by law.
Mainly, we wish to draw your attention to our policies relating to the terms of purchase within the Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 16, you must let your parent or guardian know about Taz Watson Jewellery’s Privacy Policy before you use this website or any of this website’s services. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided .The website is available only to individuals and others who meet the Taz Watson Jewellery terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to Kiira Jewellery ,whose applications are acceptable to Kiira Jewellery and who have authorised Kiira Jewellery to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. Kiira Jewellery reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address. By making an offer to purchase merchandise, you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and, where Kiira Jewellery feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your credit-card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions. In addition, you agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. Please refer to our privacy policy for further information about how we use your data.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Taz Watson Jewellery offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our showroom, but also made-to-order items that have longer timelines ( sometimes up to 8 weeks). Please check before you order whether the item you want is in stock or on back-order as we cannot be held responsible for any timeline delays due to misunderstanding. Please note that items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Kiira Jewellery will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Cape Town, South Africa. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the T&C.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the website whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Payment can be made by Electronic Transfer (EFT), Visa and MasterCard and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the website from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Taz Watson Jewellery. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Kiira Jewellery, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We take all reasonable care to make our website secure. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
In addition, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
Prices shown on the website are in Rands and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised online. The Rand price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted will be honored. Product prices are set using existing currency exchange rates, but these prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted, or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.
Taz Watson Jewellery ensures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Taz Watson Jewellery and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
When we have received your order we strive to get your package to you as soon as possible. If the item that you have ordered is in stock, it will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours (on working days). If you live in the South Africa we strive to deliver your package to you within 2-4 working days. If you live abroad, we strive to deliver your package to you within 6-10 working days. For information about delivery times in other parts of the world, please contact us at hello@tazwatson.com. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Taz Watson Jewellery is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or problems with the postorder companies. When you place an order on the website we will send you an email with the tracking number on the day your package will be dispatched. You can check the status of your shipment using the tracking number.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. Kiira Jewellery is not liable for any additional costs due to importation in your country.
If you want to return your purchase, you can do so within 7 days after the package has been delivered to the delivery address. In order to process your return correctly please email us at hello@tazwatson.com so that we can provide you with the return instructions and delivery address. Please note that Kiira Jewellery is NOT responsible for the costs of returning an item and the item will NOT be insured under our policy until it is back in our possession (that is, until it has been signed for by a Kiira Jewellery staff member at our specified premises). If an item goes missing while being returned to Kiira Jewellery we will not be able to refund the item. If you require assistance with a courier company to return your item please contact us by emailing info@kiira.co.za and we will gladly assist. We will refund you what you paid for your order once it has been received, but the delivery or return charge will not be refunded.
If you wish to exchange your online purchase for a different one, please email us at hello@tazwatson.com explaining the reason for exchange and which item you would like to exchange it for. You can then follow the return instructions listed above (under the section titled “Returns”) and re-order the preferred item either by purchasing it online or via email correspondence. Please note that we cannot guarantee that any items you see online will still be available at the time you request the exchange, but we will assist you as best we can according to what is available. Please note that custom designs cannot be exchanged.
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or bank, and will exclude shipping costs when applicable (with the exception of faulty items). If your order has been sent to a destination within the South Africa, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside South Africa, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Taz Watson Jewellery. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this. Please note that we cannot refund custom designs.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately on email an explanation of what is wrong as well as a photograph (if possible) showing the damage or fault. If you want to return an item(s), please do so within 7 days and email us at hello@tazwatson.com so that we can provide you with the return instructions and delivery address. If you choose to return the item to us using your own courier company or postal service and an item(s) goes missing while being returned to Taz Watson Jewellery we will not be able to refund the item. We advise that you email us and allow us to arrange collection using a reliable courier company. We will refund you what you paid for your order once the item has been received and checked by Taz Watson Jewellery.
Items should be returned unused and without any missing pieces (gemstones, diamond, metal findings such as butterflies, links, clasps or chains) and with all Taz Watson Jewellery tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer on their costs and/or a refund refused.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item (instead of obtaining a refund), please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund. If you receive a faulty product, please let us know immediately by emailing us at hello@tazwatson.com.

Kiira Jewellery is overseen by and construed in accordance of the relevant law of South Africa and you permanently submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
