We want you to love your piece. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition. Please contact us prior to returning any jewellery so we can assist with shipping and inspection details.

We understand how precious your jewellery is. If this occurs within 3 months of purchase, we’ll replace or reset the stone at no charge (depending on its size and type). After that period, our artisans can repair it for a small fee.

Each order includes care instructions specific to your piece. We recommend gentle cleaning with mild soap and water, storing pieces separately, and avoiding harsh chemicals. You’re also welcome to drop off your jewellery at our Green Point studio for a professional polish and inspection.
